Exchanges and Returns

Thank you for shopping at Streetwearcrib! While our goal is for every customer to love their purchases from Streetwearcrib, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will offer you a return on your order. Please read our return and exchanges policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions                                                     

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is returned in its original condition with all original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact
  • The item is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason.
  • The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way or with any wear and tear, including dirt, scuffs, scratches
  • Our Return and refund policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can no longer authorize your return requests.

The clients are to cover the shipping costs to return their item(s)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They do not handle return shipments. If your package is returned there and lost, we will no longer be able to assist with your request.

We are not liable for any return packages that have been lost or stolen and damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item(s).

All goods will be inspected on return.

Please provide the order number and item(s) you wish to return,  along with the purchaser’s name, your email address, and phone number for the fastest service.

To complete your return request, please include a receipt or proof of purchase, visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchangeable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

If you’re not satisfied with your product, we would be happy to exchange it for a replacement product (within 30 days upon the arrival of the package). Just contact customer service at

Please note that merchandise must be new or unused with box/tags attached, and be inspected to meet the criteria for accepting Returns and Exchanges mentioned above as well.

For these cases, the customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return their item(s).

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
